The field of Women's Health has always been an area of passion, and it is my mission to increase awareness and access to women's and pelvic health education and individualized integrative holistic rehabilitation care. I grew up on the Big Island in a rural town where I was able to live off the āina and learn the importance of community and ohana. Now, living my best life here on Oahu, I continue to find joy in creating connections and serving the community. I enjoy exploring the beautiful ko'olau ridge-lines with my ohana, swimming at Kailua Beach, tending to Mother Earth's gifts in my garden, and sharing health and wellness resources with my community.
